Sandy
Director
Sandy is involved in the day-to-day running of and decision making at Crockford Carlisle.
She has a Diploma of Teaching and a Bachelor of Education Degree and taught for ten years — before her career shift to direct sales training throughout Australia.
A great all-rounder, Sandy has studied business subjects, including accounting. This, combined with her attention to detail and thoroughness are the backbone of Crockford Carlisle’s continued stability over 17 years. Her strength in managing the complex ‘behind the scenes’ workflow of a busy boutique creative business is a tremendous asset, and she’ll monitor the progress of your project — liaise with you, our team and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly for you.
Jenica
Graphic Design & Branding
Jenica brings fresh design ideas to the Crockford Carlisle team. Following several years with an international advertising agency working on large campaigns, she was drawn to us because she loves working directly with you, rather than through the layers of a large organisation.
The well-rounded approach she brings to our print and online work are supported by her degree in the Creative Industries. Her specialist study of advertising, digital media and communication, (she is currently completing her Masters in Digital Design for Web), ensure she is well versed to create innovative and persuasive designs that give you a significant edge. She is passionate about producing results through good design.
Dan
Web Design, Devlopment & SEO
Dan’s creative background is a combination of traditional graphic design, animation, software programming and interface design.
He holds a Bachelor in Animation from the Queensland College of Art and a Diploma of Software Programming. His high level of expertise in a number of platforms including WordPress and Magento enables our team to produce high-end database and e-commerce web solutions.
With over 5 years of experience as a designer for print and web, Dan has a lot to offer your business — making sure that “selling YOUR sizzle” is the priority, so that your marketing is effective and profitable for you.
Rebecca
Copywriting
Rebecca loves writing engaging, persuasive copy that will help you appeal to the right audience. Originally from Scotland, she joined Crockford Carlisle because she enjoys meeting clients and working closely with them to find out the best way to present their product. She’s also extremely interested in social media, SEO and Google AdWords.
Rebecca has a Master’s degree in Journalism as well as a degree in English Literature, and brings her love of words and communication to the team. As well as being an experienced copywriter, she has previously worked as a radio news reporter, a web editor and a multimedia production journalist. She’s enthusiastic about producing creative copy that will help grow your business.
Gabriela
Production
Gabriela is Crockford Carlisle’s resident production assistant, and works closely with our creative team to carry out a diverse range of tasks. She’s involved in SEO and SEM work, keyword research, checking website rankings, and handling our Twitter responses to generate more online activity.
Her strength lies in transforming raw data into clear, easy-to-understand reports for our clients. Originally from Argentina, Gabriela also studied and worked in France for eight years and has a Master’s degree in Business Management.
Caitlin
Internet Marketing
Caitlin’s focus is on the ‘unseen’ but vitally important off-page SEO work for our clients — to help improve their visibility on the Internet for search engines. She is meticulous in her work, ensuring that the links we establish for our clients are of a high quality, and will make a contribution to their success.
In addition, Caitlin helps keep the wheels turning by keeping our clients up-to-date with their projects and assisting with workflow management. She also plays a vital role in business development for Crockford Carlisle, assisting with the details of marketing strategies — covering direct mail and advertising as well as online marketing planning.
