First up, we’ll take a look at your business with you. This meeting takes about an hour, perhaps an hour and a half, and is at no charge.

While we have plenty to talk about, it ISN’T a strict, formal, sausage factory ‘checklist’. We recognise that you know your business and your marketing process. You know its strengths. You know its weaknesses. You know a fair bit about your competitors. And you already have a pretty good idea of the areas that need attention.

At this meeting, we’ll unpack things…   talk them over…   and give you some clarity about priorities and objectives.

• You feel your brand is murky — and that you don’t stand out?

Your branding is VERY important. It is the cornerstone on which your marketing and promotions rests, and it is what sets you apart and adds value.

If you are concerned that your branding isn’t up to scratch, we’ll look at your collateral, look at your competitor’s and give you an expert opinion. It may not be as bad as you think. Some fine-tuning may make all the difference, so that people can quickly and easily, appreciate the differences and the advantages you offer.

Or, your branding may be fine, but isn’t being consistently reflected throughout ALL your marketing. A few changes can make a profound difference.

• You have capacity in place — and want to increase sales?

Great. Let’s look at what you’ve been doing to bring in business to-date, and at where it can be improved.

It may be that you need more leads, in which case we’ll audit your website, advertising and direct mail to see where the gaps are. We will also run an analysis of your competitors’ websites, to see where the are ranking compared to you, and on what keywords.

Alternatively,  you may have PLENTY of leads — but you need to improve how they are handled. This is an area that often produces tremendous results, for very little additional outlay on marketing.

• You are having to cut your prices to compete, and losing margin as a consequence?

Competing in a price-sensitive market IS tough. It puts you and your sales team under enormous pressure. It may be to handle a few specific projects or issues, or, you may want us to work with you to develop and implement your marketing plan with monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly sessions. 

Talking is one thing. But DOING is another.

Our time together must be productive, so we’ll complete each session with clear outcomes and an action plan. This ensures that tasks are actioned and you maintain your momentum. Most importantly, we help you to prioritise, by picking… say… the three to five marketing issues that are likely to be quick, easy to action and which will have an immediate positive impact.
