As a self confessed ‘word nerd’, Steve is in his element as a member of Crockford Carlisle’s copywriting division.
Steve has almost two decades of experience in the Brisbane advertising world, having worked for agencies large and small, including Clemenger Harvie Edge, Euro RSCG, Adcorp, Decoder, Blue Pencil and more.
A fanatical proofreader, Steve’s natural enemy is the typo. He has been known to spot a typo from across the room with his back turned, and has hunted them almost to extinction at Crockford Carlisle.
Along with writing persuasive copy across almost any medium for almost any client, Steve is our second AdWords guru-in-training. Having a foot in both our media and creative camps gives him a truly rounded perspective on your AdWords campaigns.
Steve graduated with High Distinction from Brisbane Ad School’s Copywriting course – not while Lawrie was running it, honest!
When Steve’s not writing words, you’ll find him reading them. He is an insatiable consumer of books from nearly any genre (Tibetan coming-of-age motorsport romance poetry being the obvious exception).
